ERPNext Implementation & Support Across Bavaria

Bavaria runs Germany's automation and electronics heartland, from Nuremberg's automation and power electronics to Augsburg's aerospace work, Regensburg's automotive electronics and Würzburg's machinery and medical devices. The common thread is configured, revision-heavy production in small batches for customers who audit. Sigzen, a certified ERPNext and Frappe partner, implements ERPNext with configurators, traceability and German e-invoicing configured together.

How We Implement

The same implementation approach, wherever you are

Sigzen maps how your operation actually runs before configuring anything, sets the system up to match that flow, migrates your data after verification, tests with your own recent orders, trains each role on their daily screens, and stays with you through the first month-end close.

Good to Know

Frequently asked questions

Can ERPNext handle configure-to-order production?

Yes. Option-driven configurators generate the correct bill of materials and price per ordered specification, and material planning respects long-lead component dates.

Is ERPNext ready for the 2027 e-invoicing obligation in Bavaria?

Yes, with configuration. Sigzen sets up XRechnung and ZUGFeRD through the European e-invoice integration ahead of the January 2027 issuing deadline.

Does ERPNext suit aerospace documentation requirements?

ERPNext maintains revision-controlled bills of materials and routings, lot and serial traceability, inspection results and calibration records, configured to your existing EN 9100 or ISO quality system.

Can ERPNext manage engineering changes mid-production?

Yes. Bills of materials are versioned, so new orders use the current revision while work in progress keeps the revision it started on, and every unit records which revision it was built to.

Do you provide support after go-live?

Yes. Sigzen supports the stabilisation months including the first month-end close, then continues as you add reports and refine workflows.
