Sigzen maps how your plant actually runs: quoting, purchasing, the route a part takes through the shop, inspection points, dispatch and invoicing. India sits three and a half to four and a half hours ahead of Central European Time, so these sessions run in your morning and afternoon rather than at either side's inconvenience.

Set up the German compliance layer
Chart of accounts, VAT handling and DATEV-compatible export are configured alongside the e-invoice format your customers require, so your accountant receives what they expect and the 2027 issuing obligation is met before it applies to you.

Is ERPNext compliant with German e-invoicing rules?
ERPNext produces and reads XRechnung and ZUGFeRD once Sigzen configures the European e-invoice integration. Receiving structured invoices has been mandatory since January 2025; issuing becomes mandatory in January 2027 for companies above 800,000 euro turnover and January 2028 for everyone else, so there is time to set this up properly rather than in a rush.
Can ERPNext export data for DATEV?
Yes. Sigzen configures a DATEV-compatible export during implementation so your Steuerberater receives the format they already process.
What does ERPNext cost compared with German ERP vendors?
ERPNext is open source with no per-user licence fees, so cost concentrates in implementation and hosting. For most Mittelstand manufacturers the first-year total lands well below proprietary quotes, and year two carries no seat renewal.
